Hi I'm Heather—a fitness coach dedicated to helping women rise into their strength and accomplish goals they once doubted were possible.
With 30+ years in the fitness world—marathons, cycling, group fitness, CrossFit, and even bodybuilding competitions—I've lived in nearly every corner of this industry. But everything changed when I discovered the power of progressive overload and intentional strength training. Alongside proper nutrition and macro counting.
What you can expect in my programming - we'll use progressive overload strategically to help you build lean muscle, increase metabolism, and develop the kind of functional strength you will learn to lift confidently.
